- This service includes a clinical evaluation to determine whether an ESA letter is appropriate based on your mental health status and symptoms.
- Not all clients will meet the criteria for an ESA letter. If clinical eligibility is not established, no letter will be issued, and the consultation fee may still apply.
- ESA letters are not covered by insurance and are billed as a private-pay service.
- Your information is protected under HIPAA and will remain confidential unless a release is signed or required by law.
